Job Summary
The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource activities and administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations. The role includes recruitment support, employee engagement, attendance management, documentation, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities
### Human Resources Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
* Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
* Handle employee attendance, leave management, and maintain HRMIS data.
* Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
* Assist in payroll processing and salary-related documentation.
* Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
* Support employee engagement activities and organize company events.
* Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Administration Responsibilities
* Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
* Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor relationships.
* Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility management teams.
* Maintain office assets, records, and documentation.
* Arrange travel bookings, meetings, and conference room management.
* Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Monitor office maintenance and ensure a safe and productive work environment.
* Assist management with administrative reports and documentation.
Required Skills

* Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
