Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Hardware & Networking Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing and troubleshooting desktops/laptops, setting up networks, and handling CCTV installation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and configuration of PCs, printers, and other peripherals. Troubleshooting hardware and network-related issues. Setting up and maintaining LAN/WAN infrastructure. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly. Providing on-site and remote support as needed.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in hardware and networking support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking (IP configuration, routers, switches).
- Experience in CCTV setup and maintenance is a must.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or certification in Computer Hardware, Networking, or a related field.
