Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in 2-wheeler vehicles.
- Perform periodic maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
- Handle engine, transmission, braking, and electrical system troubleshooting.
- Ensure all service jobs are completed within the promised timeline.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain job cards, service records, and update systems regularly.
- Support service advisors in explaining technical issues to customers.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspection (PDI) of new vehicles.
- Follow safety standards and workshop discipline.
- Assist in breakdown services and emergency repairs when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in 2-wheeler service (Freshers can apply).
- Strong knowledge of bike engines and electrical systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and service equipment.
- Good problem-solving and technical skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for job card updates.
