Overview:
Shahiris Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and energetic Restaurant Captain to join our team in Kodungallur.
The ideal candidate will take customer orders, ensure great service, and step in to serve customers when required. This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality and enjoys both managing and participating in day-to-day service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure prompt service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Supervise and support service staff during busy hours.
- Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and overall café ambience.
- Assist in serving food and beverages whenever required.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Ensure excellent guest experience at all times.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant or café
- Freshers can also apply.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Polite, well-groomed, and team-oriented personality.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during rush hours.
- Basic understanding of billing and order systems (Petpooja).
