Roles & Responsibilities
Assist Electrical Engineers in shipbuilding, ship repair, and maintenance activities.
Support installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems onboard vessels and in the shipyard.
Assist in cable laying, cable termination, panel wiring, lighting systems, motors, and electrical equipment maintenance.
Monitor daily electrical works and coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and contractors.
Help prepare work reports, inspection records, and maintenance documentation.
Ensure electrical works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults and rectification activities.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical machinery and equipment.
Ensure proper use of tools, instruments, and safety equipment.
Attend toolbox meetings and comply with shipyard safety regulations and PPE requirements.
Coordinate with quality and safety departments during inspections and audits.
Qualification & Experience
Diploma / Degree / ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience in shipyard, marine, offshore, or industrial electrical works preferred.
Basic knowledge of marine electrical systems and maintenance activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
