Client Support Associate
About the Company
We are a fast-growing creative and marketing agency focused on delivering high-quality content and campaigns for brands across industries. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Associate who can act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Role Overview
As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for managing communication with clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth execution of projects.
This role focuses on client coordination, project communication, and workflow management rather than traditional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and communicate with clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings
· Understand client requirements and brief the internal teams accordingly
· Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal departments
· Coordinate with video editors, designers, content teams, and operations teams for project execution
· Track project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables
· Share client feedback, revisions, and approvals with the respective teams
· Maintain proper project updates, trackers, and records
· Follow up with internal teams regarding pending tasks and deadlines
· Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and communication management
· Build and maintain professional client relationships
Required Skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
· Good understanding of project handling and workflow management
· Basic understanding of creative workflows, video production, or digital marketing is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in any field
· Prior experience in client coordination, account management, or agency operations preferred
· Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also apply
