Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan.
- Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.
- Respond to guests' inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Monitor dining area to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of dining areas prior to service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in F&B service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
