We are looking for a highly organized, responsible, and professional Client Relations & Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients through WhatsApp and phone calls.
Coordinate with photographers, editors, and office staff.
Schedule meetings and manage event timelines.
Follow up with clients regarding bookings, payments, photo selection, and deliveries.
Maintain accurate client records and update project status.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and the internal team.
Resolve client queries professionally and provide timely updates.
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
