1. Communication & Visitor Management
- Greeting & Directing: Acting as the "face" of the company, welcoming guests, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Phone Distribution: Managing a multi-line switchboard, screening calls, and taking detailed messages.
- Inquiry Handling: Providing accurate information about the organization’s services, hours of operation, and policies to callers or walk-ins.
2. Administrative Support
- Scheduling: Coordinating appointments and managing digital calendars for staff or conference rooms.
- Mail & Logistics: Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries; preparing outgoing packages via courier services.
- Documentation: Drafting formal letters, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining organized physical or digital filing systems.
