We are looking for a Meta Ads Expert who can plan, launch, optimize, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, e-commerce, and conversion-focused advertising with a strong understanding of campaign performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives and target audience.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, events, and tracking systems.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and ad copies.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams for ad creatives.
- Stay updated with Meta platform updates, policies, and advertising trends.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and maximize return on investment.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Experience with Lead Generation, Conversion, Remarketing, and E-commerce campaigns.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights.
- Understanding of funnel creation and customer journey mapping.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and website tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage.
- Meta Blueprint Certification is preferred.
- Experience with CRM integrations and automation tools is a plus.
