We are hiring a Technical Analyst with strong Full Stack Development experience who can participate in client conversations, understand what the business is actually trying to solve, and translate those requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Full Stack Development and be able to bridge the gap between client requirements, business objectives, and technical implementation.
This is not a pure coding role and not a pure business analysis role. It sits between technical development, business requirements, and client communication. The person who fits this role must be technically strong, have experience building and shipping production applications, and be confident communicating with both technical and non-technical clients.
Responsibilities-
- Join discovery calls with clients and prospective clients, understand their business problems, and ask the right technical questions before proposing a solution.
- Analyze and translate vague client requirements into clear technical scope, solution approaches, architecture direction, effort estimates, and delivery timelines.
- Use your Full Stack Development knowledge to evaluate frontend, backend, database, API, integration, and cloud requirements.
- Work closely with clients, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Full Stack Developers to understand requirements and define practical technical solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, requirement specifications, and other technical documentation to support project discussions and decision-making.
- Build or support quick prototypes, proof of concepts, and technical demos to validate technical approaches and demonstrate proposed solutions.
- Work with the development and delivery teams to validate that the proposed solution can be built within the estimated scope, budget, and timeline.
- Handle technical discussions and explain challenges related to scalability, security, performance, integrations, APIs, databases, and technology choices.
- Translate complex technical concepts, architecture decisions, and technical risks into language that non-technical clients can easily understand.
- Support RFP and RFI responses with accurate technical content and solution details.
- Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, product demonstrations, requirement clarification calls, and follow-up communication.
Requirements-
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience, with proven experience personally building and shipping production-ready web applications.
- Strong working knowledge across frontend and backend technologies, including JavaScript or TypeScript with React, Node.js, PHP, or Python.
- Good understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs, third-party integrations, SQL and NoSQL databases, and cloud deployment on AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of the complete web application development lifecycle, including frontend development, backend development, API integration, database management, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, scalable, and technically feasible solutions.
- Ability to explain architecture decisions, technical trade-offs, scalability considerations, and technical risks in language that a non-technical client can understand.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify technical challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Experience working closely with Full Stack Developers and development teams to ensure requirements are correctly understood and technically achievable.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written. You will be communicating with international clients and preparing technical documents for business and technical decision-makers.
- Comfort in client-facing situations, including discovery calls, technical discussions, demos, requirement clarification, and follow-up communication.
Skills-
- Prior experience in an agency or IT services environment where pre-sales and delivery work closely together
- Exposure to CRM tools and proposal management workflows
- Understanding of estimation models such as T&M and fixed price, and where each is appropriate
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
