We are looking for a responsible and energetic Bird & Animal Park Operations In-Charge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bird and animal park.
The person will be responsible for ensuring the proper care and welfare of the animals, smooth daily operations, cleanliness, guest services, staff management, photo points, and retail activities within the park.
Key Responsibilities
Animal & Bird Care
- Oversee the daily care and welfare of birds and animals.
- Ensure feeding schedules are followed properly and consistently.
- Monitor animal behaviour, health, hygiene, and overall well-being.
- Coordinate with animal-care staff and report any health or welfare concerns.
- Ensure enclosures and animal areas are maintained properly.
Park Operations
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the bird and animal park.
- Ensure the park is clean, safe, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections of animal areas, guest areas, pathways, and facilities.
- Ensure all operational procedures and safety standards are followed.
Guest Services
- Ensure a high-quality guest experience throughout the park.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and operational issues.
- Ensure photo points and visitor interaction areas operate smoothly.
- Coordinate with staff to maintain proper guest flow and service standards.
Photo Points & Shop Operations
- Supervise photo point and photo booth staff.
- Monitor daily photo sales and performance.
- Ensure photo booths and related equipment are functioning properly.
- Supervise the park shop and ensure proper customer service and sales operations.
- Monitor stock, displays, housekeeping, and sales performance.
Staff Management
- Supervise and coordinate animal-care, housekeeping, photo booth, shop, and other operational staff.
- Allocate daily duties and ensure staff attendance and discipline.
- Ensure staff follow proper procedures and maintain professional standards.
- Support staff welfare and address operational concerns.
- Train and guide staff where required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
