Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, train, motivate and manage a team of BDEs
2. Set daily goals and ensure team achieves activation targets.
3. Monitor daily performance, provide feedback and support.
4. Ensure quality, compliance and timely reporting.
5. Analyze performance data and implement improvement plans.
6. Drive business growth and achieve monthly targets.
7. Maintain regular communications with the team.
Eligibility:
1. Graduate (any stream)
2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in team handling / sales in banking / NBFC / insurance / telecom / DSA preferred.
3. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Target-driven with proven track record
5. Laptop and smartphone with good internet connection required.
Compensation:
₹25,000 fixed salary per month + up to ₹20,000 performance pay per month.
