Position Overview
We are looking for a capable and motivated Site Engineer to oversee site execution activities, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure construction works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
The candidate will play a key role in maintaining technical quality, monitoring progress, and supporting structured reporting at project sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site execution activities as per project plans and technical drawings
- Ensure construction work complies with approved specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and labour teams
- Monitor project progress and support adherence to project schedules
- Assist in quantity tracking, material planning, and site requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and site records
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site discipline
- Prepare and submit daily progress updates to the project management team

Qualification & Experience
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in building construction projects
OR
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in construction site execution
Experience in multi-storey or commercial building projects will be preferred.

- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
- Strong coordination and execution management skills
- Knowledge of construction materials and site practices
- Familiarity with site documentation and reporting systems
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures
