Key Responsibilities :
- Manage overall business operations and team performance.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in media, marketing, sales, or business development is preferred.
