Cabin Quality Control s Premium Standards Ensure aircraft cabin condition meets premium airline quality, cosmetic, and appearance standards, beyond minimum airworthiness requirements. Enforce compliance with Cabin Standard Manuals, maintenance procedures, and quality policies. Monitor First, Business, and Economy Class cabins to ensure consistency and high-class presentation across fleet types. Daily Cabin Check (DCC) Oversight Coordinate and control the execution of the Daily Cabin Check (DCC) program with MCC, Maintenance Planning, and Cabin Maintenance teams. Validate DCC findings, corrective actions, and closure quality before aircraft release. Ensure timely rectification of cabin defects within defined service standards. Quality Authority s Decision Making Exercise quality authority to withhold or recommend restriction on cabin release when required standards are not achieved. Escalate critical quality deviations impacting passenger experience, safety, or brand image to management. Defect Analysis s Continuous Improvement
Analyze recurring and repetitive cabin defects and initiate root cause analysis. Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with concerned maintenance sections.
Classified as Public Review existing cabin procedures and standards and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency. Reporting s Performance Monitoring
Prepare structured cabin quality reports, including defect trends, repeat findings, and performance indicators. Monitor and report Cabin Quality KPIs such as repeat defects, rectification turnaround time, and audit performance. Support management with data-driven insights to improve cabin reliability and appearance. Safety, Compliance s Coordination
Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health policies. Follow SAEI safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards. Maintain effective coordination with MCC, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to support smooth aircraft dispatch.
EDUCATION s EXPERIENCE
Education -Diploma in Aviation, Engineering, Quality, Design, IT, or any related field OR High School with relevant aviation experience
Experience -Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in aircraft cabin or interior maintenance. Experience in quality control, inspections, audits, or cabin appearance management is preferred. Practical exposure to DCC processes, cabin materials, and cosmetic standards
Pay: ₹230,000.00 - ₹333,000.00 per month
