Job Description – Production Supervisor (FMCG)
Position: Production Supervisor
Industry: FMCG (Food / Beverages / Consumer Goods)
Location: —Nellad, KINFRA
Experience Required: 1–2 years in FMCG manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
· Supervision of production activities in production shop floor and meet the shift wise targets to ensure the smooth operations.
· Maintaining good GMP practice
- Plan the shift production activities as per the priority given by the production executive.
- Manpower allocation & production supervision.
- Shift wise Production entry in ERP software.
- All logbooks, registers & records are updated shift wise.
- Compliance to hygienic manufacturing guidelines
- Ensure the activities like changeover/reel change & batch change /machine washing are completed within the allocated time.
- Ensure daily/weekly preventive checks for all machines / equipment’s.
- Coordinate with maintenance team to eliminate/minimize the machine breakdowns.
- Coordinate with store team for material requests/arrangements for smooth production flow.
- Monitor materials (raw/packaging) consumption in the shift and achieve agreed yields.
- Ensuring wastage are in limit / manufacturing under the set wastage limits
- Responsible for recording the miscellaneous consumable usage.
SOP/abnormalities noticed in shifts to be informed to reporting officer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
