Job Summary
The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the company's employees, visitors, assets, buildings, and premises. The role includes monitoring access control, preventing unauthorized entry, enforcing company security policies, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to emergencies or security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Verify identity cards, gate passes, visitor passes, and material movement documents.
- Conduct regular patrols of factory premises, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and other facilities.
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security risks.
- Ensure compliance with company security procedures and safety regulations.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities immediately.
- Maintain records of visitors, vehicle movements, and security incidents.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure proper documentation and authorization.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, accidents, medical emergencies, or security breaches.
- Coordinate with emergency services, police, and fire department when required.
- Assist in evacuation procedures during emergencies.
- Report security violations, incidents, and accidents to management.
- Ensure gates, doors, and restricted areas remain secure at all times.
- Support investigations related to theft, property damage, or disciplinary issues.
- Maintain discipline and order within the factory premises.
- Provide assistance during VIP visits, audits, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and security standards.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation is preferred.
- Certification in Security Management or Industrial Security is an added advantage.
- Experience in factory or industrial security is preferred.
- Ex-servicemen or retired police personnel are highly desirable.
Experience
- 5 years of experience as a Security Officer in a manufacturing or textile industry.

- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.

Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
