Skyfer Logistic Inc. is seeking an experienced Air Export Operations Executive to support our U.S. freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in air export freight forwarding and be responsible for managing shipments from booking through departure while ensuring operational accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end air export shipments for the U.S. market.
- Coordinate cargo bookings with airlines and service providers.
- Prepare, review, and process export documentation, including Air Waybills (AWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
- Monitor shipments and ensure timely movement of cargo.
- Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, airlines, truckers, and warehouses.
- Send pre-alerts and shipment documentation to destination agents.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and updates in CargoWise.
- Track shipment milestones and provide timely status updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and export procedures.
- Resolve operational issues and shipment exceptions efficiently.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Export Freight Forwarding Operations.
- Hands-on experience managing international air export shipments.
- Proficiency in CargoWise.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
Preferred
- Experience handling U.S. trade lanes.
- Knowledge of airline booking procedures and export documentation.
- Experience working with overseas agents and international customers.
Only candidates with relevant Air Export Freight Forwarding experience will be considered.

Shift: Night Shift (U.S. Business Hours)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
