Job description:
Primary Role:
To build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and smooth communication between the institute and its clients.
Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:1. Student & Parent Interaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, admissions, and support.
- Respond promptly to calls, emails, and walk-in queries from students and parents.
- Guide potential students and parents through admission procedures, course details, and fee structures.
- Handle student onboarding and orientation processes.
2. Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with students, parents, and alumni.
- Follow up with existing students to ensure satisfaction with programs and address any concerns.
- Maintain regular communication to encourage renewals, referrals, and continued engagement.
- Collect feedback to improve overall service quality.
3. Admission & Enrollment Support
- Assist in lead generation and conversion activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.
- Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.
4. Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate between academic, finance, and operations departments to resolve student issues.
- Ensure timely communication of schedules, results, and important announcements.
- Update and maintain CRM databases or student management systems.
Skills Required:
- Diploma/ Any Degree/ PG
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Qualifications
- Diploma / Any Degree/ PG
- Experience in the education field sales roles is an advantage
