Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented candidates for our Voice Process team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates should possess strong communication skills in Malayalam or any two South Indian languages along with basic English proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Update customer details and interaction records in the system.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
12th Pass or Any Graduate.
Freshers can apply.
Malayalam with Basic English OR Any Dual South Indian Languages with Basic English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Willingness to work in a customer support environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
