We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR recruiter to join our team in Ludhiana . The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of HR experience and be capable of managing day-to-day HR operations efficient.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Monitor and maintain employee attendance records.
- Handle day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee engagement and ensure HR policy compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Executive.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools is preferred.
