About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer who can take ownership of end-to-end automation testing for our AML/RegTech product platform. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing scalable automation frameworks across frontend, backend APIs, performance testing, and security testing.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, Banking, AML, or Compliance products and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web applications and APIs
- Perform frontend/UI automation testing using industry-standard tools
- Develop and execute API automation test cases
- Conduct regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing
- Perform performance and load testing for critical modules
- Conduct basic security and vulnerability testing
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Teams
- Identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and system vulnerabilities proactively
- Ensure product quality across releases and deployments
- Prepare automation reports, dashboards, and testing documentation
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Hands-on experience in API automation using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools
- Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner
- Understanding of security testing concepts and tools
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC
- Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AML, KYC, Fraud Monitoring, Banking, FinTech, or Compliance products
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Experience with cloud environments and containerized deployments
- Knowledge of AI-assisted testing tools will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹322,857.63 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
