About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for US-based IT positions across various technologies and industries. Experience in Bench Sales is a strong advantage and will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Work closely with account managers, hiring managers, and clients to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in ATS/CRM systems.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on US staffing trends, visa classifications, and employment regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet client hiring demands and recruitment targets.
Bench Sales (Preferred)
- Market and place bench consultants with direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and clients to identify suitable project opportunities.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate consultant submissions and placements.
- Track consultant availability, project status, and contract renewals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience working with various visa types such as H1B, GC, and US Citizens.
- Proficiency with job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Bench Sales and consultant marketing.
- Existing network of vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Experience recruiting for Cloud, Data, ERP, SAP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, AI/ML, and Software Development roles.
