Job Summary
We are looking for Packing Associates on a contract basis to support packing operations. The candidate will be responsible for packing finished products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring proper handling and dispatch of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack products according to company standards and specifications.
- Label, seal, and prepare products for storage and dispatch.
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or damages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.
- Handle packing materials and finished goods safely.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and movement of materials when required.
- Maintain daily packing records and production reports.
- Support supervisors in meeting daily production targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Prior experience in packing, warehouse, or manufacturing operations preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in shifts, including overtime when required.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality standards.
- Good teamwork and discipline.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
