Sales Executive
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new business through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and digital platforms like LinkedIn. [1, 2]
- Needs Assessment: Engage with prospective buyers to understand their business pain points or personal needs, and recommend the right solutions. [1, 2]
- Product Demos & Pitching: Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that highlight unique selling points and value. [1, 2]
- Negotiation & Closing: Overcome client objections, discuss pricing and contract terms, and finalize deals to meet monthly and annual sales quotas. [1, 2]
- Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business, upsells, and cross-sells. [1, 2]
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client communication using CRM software. [1]
- Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on industry trends, pricing models, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. [1]
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. [1]
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
