Candidates should be graduates with a disciplined work ethic, strong orientation toward the medical field, and the right temperament to work in a clinical environment. Responsibilities include assisting medical staff in OPD and OT operations, supporting patient coordination, maintaining hygiene and workflow efficiency, and managing assigned night shifts. Salary will be provided as per industry norms, along with additional incentives for night duty, while OT assistants will receive per-case incentives. Experienced candidates with prior healthcare or hospital support experience will be given preference.
