What You'll Do
- Provide insurance guidance through calls and chat.
- Help users understand and choose the right insurance products based on their needs.
- Assist with Life Insurance, Term Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, and Business Insurance planning.
- Guide users on Family Protection, Child Insurance Plans, Retirement Insurance, and Critical Illness Cover.
- Conduct Policy Reviews and Insurance Portfolio Reviews.
- Support users with claim-related queries and claim guidance.
- Educate clients about risk management and financial protection strategies.
