We are looking for MEP Draftsman to join our engineering team and contribute to the design and development of innovative MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting) systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed MEP designs, drawings, and specifications as per project requirements.
- Perform design calculations, load analysis, and equipment selection.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams to ensure design integration.
- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings for submission and approvals.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, IS), and client requirements.
- Support project teams during execution and provide design clarifications.
- Participate in value engineering and design optimization exercises.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in MEP design and drafting (consultancy or contracting background).Freshers also welcome
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP (preferred), and design software (HAP, Elite, Dialux).
- Strong understanding of international and local MEP standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
