We are looking for an experienced Production Head with strong experience in EOT Crane / Crane Manufacturing / Heavy Fabrication Industry.

Qualification:
- BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience Required:
- 5–20 Years of experience in Crane Manufacturing, EOT Crane, Heavy Fabrication, or Engineering Manufacturing Industry
- Candidate must have experience in Production Planning, Fabrication, Assembly & Manpower Handling
CTC Budget:
₹08 – ₹18 LPA (Depending on experience & current CTC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall production activities and daily production planning
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Sales & Project teams
- Handle fabrication, assembly & manufacturing processes
- Monitor BOM, raw material planning & scrap utilization
- Manage production manpower and contractors
- Ensure timely dispatch and production targets
- Prepare production MIS reports
- Coordinate quality checks and inspections
- Ensure workplace safety and production efficiency
