Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them in selecting menu items.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and recommend food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding quickly to requests and resolving service concerns.
- Prepare and set up dining tables before service and clear tables after meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
- Handle billing, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist in banquet, conference, wedding, and special event services when required.
- Refill water, beverages, and table condiments as needed.
- Promote resort services and menu specials to enhance guest experience.
- Report guest feedback and service issues to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or F&B Manager.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
