Job Title: Senior Travel Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic and international travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client requirements efficiently while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end travel planning for clients (domestic & international).
- Design customized travel packages based on client preferences and budget.
- Manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, and travel insurance.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and transport providers.
- Manage and guide junior consultants or team members.
- Follow up with clients for confirmations, payments, and feedback.
- Resolve customer queries and handle complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in travel consulting.
- Strong knowledge of global destinations and travel trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-value clients and corporate accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and booking systems (GDS knowledge is a plus).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team-handling experience.
