- Customer Interaction & Retention: Acting as the face of the dealership, greeting customers, and resolving complaints to ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Appointment Management: Scheduling service appointments and managing the workflow for the service department.
- Lead Conversion: Handling telephone and in-person inquiries, promoting services, and following up to convert inquiries into bookings.
- CRM Documentation: Maintaining accurate client information and service records within the company's database.
- Relationship Management: Building rapport with clients to foster trust and brand loyalty.
