Job Description
Avyaan Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Part-Time Telesales Executives who are fluent in Gujarati language to support sales and client acquisition activities. The role involves connecting with potential customers over calls, explaining services, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
Language Requirement
- Fluency in Gujarati (Mandatory)
- Ability to communicate effectively with Gujarati-speaking customers
Working Hours
- 5 Hours Total Login Time + 30 Minutes Break
- Shift Window: Any shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Communicate with clients in Gujarati and explain services
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects
- Achieve daily calling and sales targets
- Maintain accurate call records and reports
Daily Targets
- Daily Call Target: 130 Calls
- Minimum Talk Time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes per day
Training & Assessment
- Training and assessment process will remain as per the current structure
- During training, candidates must generate 2 leads or ₹5,000 revenue
Work Model
- Preferred: Work From Office (WFO)
- Flexible Option: 60:40 model (WFO : WFH) may be considered if required
For Work From Home (WFH):
- Candidates must have their own Laptop/Desktop
- Stable WiFi/Internet connection is mandatory
