Job Summary
The General Duty Assistant Trainer is responsible for delivering classroom and practical training to GDA candidates, ensuring they acquire the knowledge, skills, and professional behavior required to provide quality patient care in healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and home-care services.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Conduct theory and practical sessions based on the approved GDA curriculum.
- Demonstrate patient care procedures and healthcare support techniques.
- Deliver training on infection control, hygiene, patient safety, vital signs monitoring, mobility assistance, and basic caregiving.
- Use interactive teaching methods, simulations, and case studies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- BSC Degree in Nursing, GNM
- 3-5 yrs exp in nursing and 2-3 yrs teaching exp
- Experience in vocational skill training is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of patient care procedures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Classroom management and trainee engagement skills.
- Assessment and evaluation capabilities.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, LMS platforms).
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and simulations.
Pay: ₹11,521.76 - ₹25,000.00 per month
