Roles & Responsibilities
1. Plan & supervise ongoing construction work such that no rework is required
2. Coordinate with contractors and ensure that assigned work is completed as per given schedule
3. Ensure execution of work as per working drawing as well as sanctioned plan
4. Manage issues at site (Both technical & non-technical) and find solutions as per quality, safety and budgetary norms
5. Understand allocated budget/estimation and implement project execution accordingly
6. Ensure purchase & utilization of material as per the specification & avoid wastages
7. Verify & approve the contractor’s bills and process other site related expenses on time
8. Plan and implement quality control measures with periodical monitoring so as to take appropriate corrective measures
9. Track quality of work performed by Contractors & take appropriate measures to ensure the completion of work as per given guidelines
10. Ensure 0 fatal accidents including near miss situations for his respective building/sector as well as ensuring every employee uses safety equipment
11. Daily / Weekly project progress report to Project Incharge.
12. Daily Tool-box meeting with Jr. Engineer - Execution & Site Supervisor, every morning
13. Monitor / Coach / Motivate team to either achieve or over achieve their KRAs
Technical Skills & Knowledge
1. Planning & Organizing, Communication & Interpersonal skills, Result Orientation, Flexibility
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS-Project, MS-Office (especially MS Excel) mandatory
Experience & Educational Qualifications
1. 4-8 years of experience
2. DCE / BE (Civil)
