We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate to join our Global Mobility team, responsible for initiating and managing immigration matters in compliance with firm protocols and local laws across jurisdictions including ROI, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Gibraltar. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and our external immigration vendor, Fragomen, to gather documentation, initiate cases, and support global secondment programs. The Associate will assist with HRIS transitions (Oracle, CANVAS), maintain accurate immigration records, monitor work authorization expirations, and manage exception approvals. Additional responsibilities include responding to immigration inquiries, supporting business visa processes, preparing necessary documentation (e.g., sponsorship letters, visa support letters), scheduling appointments, managing vendor relationships and invoices, maintaining program materials, and contributing to mobility-related initiatives and special projects.
