Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Khar West (5 mins away from Khar road station)
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment HR professional to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding of candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full recruitment cycle from requirement to onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals & social platforms
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, etc.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews/telephonic screenings
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage offer roll-out and salary negotiation support
- Handle joining formalities and documentation
- Assist in onboarding of new employees
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes
- Ability to assess candidate fit for role & culture
- Negotiation and coordination skills
- Time management & multitasking ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn hiring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
- 1 years in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply (optional — edit as needed)

Working Hours
- Full-time, on-site
- Working days & timings:
Monday- Saturday 10:00-6:30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
