About the Role-
We are seeking a motivated and disciplined International Business Development Executive to support our global expansion initiatives in ERP and business process automation services.
This role focuses on:
- International consultant outreach
- Partner & channel development
- Clutch and LinkedIn profile management
- Pipeline coordination and reporting
This is a high-learning opportunity for candidates who want exposure to international B2B markets and structured business development processes.
Key Responsibilities
International Outreach & Lead Generation
- Identify international ERP consultants, IT advisors, and outsourcing partners via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Send structured outreach messages and follow-ups
- Maintain systematic tracking of conversations
- Schedule qualified introductory meetings for senior leadership
Consultant & Channel Development
- Build and maintain a database of international partners
- Coordinate communication and follow-ups
- Support onboarding of commission-based consultants
Clutch & Online Profile Management
- Assist in managing and updating company profile on Clutch and other B2B directories
- Support client review collection
- Track inbound queries from international platforms
Pipeline Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain CRM / Excel pipeline tracker
- Submit weekly performance reports
- Track outreach metrics, responses, and meeting conversions
LinkedIn Support
- Identify target decision-makers in selected international markets
- Support outbound connection strategy
- Assist in basic content coordination
Required Skills
- Strong written and spoken English communication
- Confidence in professional email drafting
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for research and outreach
- Good research and analytical ability
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to IT services / ERP industry
- Understanding of international markets
- Experience in cold emailing or LinkedIn prospecting
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a digital marketing or SEO role
- Not a tele-calling role
- Not domestic field sales
- Not responsible for final deal closures
(Closures handled by senior leadership.)
Experience Required
6 Months – 1 Year in Business Development, B2B Sales, International Outreach, or Lead Generation
Strong freshers with excellent English communication and research skills may also be considered.
Performance KPIs
Performance will be measured strictly on structured activity and quality metrics.
Compensation Structure
Fixed Salary
As per junior-level industry standards plus lucrative incentives.
Performance Incentives (Attractive Structure)
- Incentive per qualified international meeting
- Incentive per consultant successfully onboarded
- 1-2 % performance incentive on closed international deals
- Quarterly bonus for target achievement
High performers can significantly increase earnings beyond fixed salary.
