Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Head to lead residential property sales and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with a proven track record of handling high-value real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through residential property sales.
- Handle buyer inquiries from digital platforms and convert leads into sales.
- Guide buyers throughout the property purchase journey.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, HNI clients, end-users, and channel partners.
- Negotiate deals and provide expert property consultation.
- Conduct market analysis and stay updated on pricing, competition, and market trends.
- Coordinate with CRM and internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate sales records and share regular performance updates.
- Develop business through continuous engagement with channel partners.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5–9 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with team handling experience.
- Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve revenue targets and manage high-value client relationships.
- Candidates residing near Mira Bhayander will be added Advantage
