Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to handle the overall HR functions of our textile/apparel organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations to ensure a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Support management in workforce planning and HR strategies.
