Job Summary
The Driver is responsible for safe and timely transportation of food products, materials, and staff while maintaining vehicle cleanliness, safety, and company standards. The role requires punctuality, route knowledge, and professional behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver products safely and on time to stores, customers, and vendors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle.
- Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes.
- Ensure all vehicle documents are valid and updated.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspection before starting duty.
- Report vehicle repairs, accidents, or maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
- Maintain delivery records, fuel logs, and trip sheets.
- Support store or warehouse operations when required.
Required Skills
- Good driving skills with knowledge of city routes.
- Familiarity with GPS and navigation apps.
- Time management and punctuality.
- Basic communication skills in Telugu/Hindi.
- Ability to handle food delivery operations responsibly.
- Professional and polite behavior.
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid LMV/HMV Driving License.
- Minimum 1–3 years of driving experience.
- Basic education preferred (10th/12th pass).
- Clean driving record.
- Physically fit for loading/unloading activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food delivery, hospitality, or FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of Hyderabad city routes and traffic conditions.
