- Make outbound calls to customers/candidates and explain company services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads and convert them into potential customers.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/HR team when required.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi/Punjabi communication preferred.
- Confident and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
