NPrep is hiring Inside Sales Executive, who will be responsible for connecting with potential students, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into enrollments/sales through calls and follow-ups. This role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a target-driven mindset.

What you’ll be doing:
- Engage with prospective students/customers via calls and messages
- Understand their requirements and recommend suitable offerings
- Manage the end-to-end sales funnel from lead to conversion
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience
Experience & Skills:
- Fresh graduates from any discipline (0–1 year experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
