This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Kirti nagar . This role is ideal for an Architect/Interior Designer who believe thay they can establish a successful business with the backing of corporate funding and resources. The Manager has to develop revenue channels through tie-ups with various other Architects and developers to ensure a consistent revenue flow
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5-10 years in business development or sales, specifically within interior design, real estate, or construction.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior materials, modular solutions, and project estimation (BoQ).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Interior Design.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Networking: Identify new opportunities through networking with real estate developers, architects, and contractors, along with prospecting residential/commercial clients.
- Client Engagement & Pitching: Meet clients to understand design requirements, budgets, and timelines, presenting tailored design concepts and proposals.
- Sales Closure & Strategy: Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring monthly/quarterly revenue targets are met.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate long-term relationships with industry professionals and channel partners to build a strong referral pipeline.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure a smooth transition from contract signing to project execution.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
