Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect: Project Management position located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will oversee and coordinate architecture and interior design projects, manage timelines and resources, and ensure project requirements are successfully integrated and executed. Responsibilities also include client interaction, team collaboration, and contributing to architectural and project management decisions, ensuring that projects align with the company’s high design standards and goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading a team of designers and other professionals in the design department.
- Collaborating with other departments within the organisation to ensure that design projects align with overall business goals and objectives.
- Developing and implementing design strategies that reflect the company's brand and values.
- Overseeing the design of various marketing and communication materials, such as website designs, brochures, logos, and advertisements.
- Staying up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software, and using that knowledge to improve the quality of the organisation's designs.
- Reviewing and approving design work done by other members of the team to ensure it meets the organisation's standards.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of design materials.
- Managing budgets and resources to ensure the design department operates within its financial constraints.
- Mentoring and coaching team members to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
- Representing the organisation at conferences, meetings, and other events, and promoting the organisation's brand and design capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with a creative and innovative approach to design challenges.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and executing complex design and architecture projects effectively.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration to ensure tools and technologies are utilised to optimise project workflows.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain clear project objectives.
- Ability to work in an on-site role in Bengaluru; familiarity with the local market and regulations is a plus.
- A degree in Architecture or a related field and relevant professional experience are required; prior experience with high-end projects or international designs is advantageous
