Job Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression for customers visiting the dealership. The role involves managing the front desk, handling customer inquiries, directing visitors to the appropriate departments, maintaining records, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls and transfer them to the concerned department.
- Maintain visitor logs and customer enquiry records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, CRM, and Accounts departments.
- Manage customer appointments and follow-up schedules.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide basic information regarding Hyundai vehicles, services, and dealership facilities.
- Assist in customer feedback collection and satisfaction surveys.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain customer databases and update records accurately.

Pay: ₹8,616.90 - ₹24,016.42 per month
