Job Overview
FusionStays is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Associate to manage travel sales for the Odisha market. The role involves interacting with customers, converting qualified leads into bookings, and delivering personalized travel solutions while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings for holiday packages, hotels, resorts, and homestays.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for seamless booking execution.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4-6 years of experience in B2C Sales.
- Fluency in Odia is mandatory.
- Good communication skills & command in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Customer-focused with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits
