- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries or pending sales
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services when appropriate
- Adhere to company scripts, policies, and compliance standards
