Roles/Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, and online meetings
- Understand client requirements and explain Acodez’s digital marketing services clearly
- Assist in lead qualification and follow-ups
- Maintain client data and update CRM records
- Coordinate with the marketing and delivery teams for proposals and onboarding
- Learn and stay updated on digital marketing services and industry trends
Essential Skillset/s:
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English is mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Confidence in speaking with clients and understanding their needs
- Willingness to learn sales processes and digital marketing services
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, documents)
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree – Freshers with good communication skills.
Experience:
0 to 6 months.
